Mass production
After order is placed and the deposit by Sight L/C or T/T is received, we will arrange production process immediately.
The lead time is 30 to 45 days after the payment. Lead time might be varied if the fabric is unavailable.
Grading
Create a range of sizes for the style produced.
Mass Production
The standard of product quality is assessed in accordance with that of the pre-production samples and production notification.
Quality Control
To ensure our product quality, standard inspection process will be carefully walked through by our professional QC team.
Shipping samples will be provided one week before delivery. The quality of shipping sample is on a par with the bulk products, also treated as the shipping approval. The charge of shipping samples will be added in the balance.
Packaging
All finished products will get ironed and untrimmed threads removed before packed.
