QAre you a factory or a trading company? Where are you located?
We are both a factory and a trading company.
Our headquarters is based in Tainan, Taiwan.
Mass productions are mostly in China, and there are some satellite teams in Taiwan.
Shipping from Taiwan or China are both available.
QWhat is your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
The minimum order requirements are 100 pieces per COLOR for 1 DESIGN and 300 pieces per ORDER.
For each order, you can have 2-3 color options.
It is welcome to discuss with us if you require more sizes or less quantity.
QWhat is your lead time?
For samples: 10~14 days
For bulk order: 4~8 weeks, from the date receiving with approval of tech packs, measurements, packaging and payment of deposit.
QHow much does a sample cost?
Sample charge is 3-5 times of the pricing, and it can be rebated once the bulk order is placed.

Yes, we do.
We source, design, print, cut, sew, tag, bag and ship custom sublimation apparel for your brand.
QDo you deliver to my country?
Most likely yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world.
Moreover, you can choose a shipping method. Your choice affects how long it takes for receiving the order.
QHow can I pay and what payment methods do you accept?
There are a number of payment options you can choose from.
We accept wire transfer, L/C and PayPal.
